At Mossman Sea Moss, your health and safety come first.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all Sea Moss Gels and Raw Sea Moss are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange once they have been shipped or picked up.
Why We Don’t Accept Returns
Sea moss is a consumable, food-grade product. Once it leaves our care, we cannot guarantee proper handling or storage. For this reason, we are unable to accept returns to ensure the safety and quality of our products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your Sea Moss Gel or Raw Sea Moss arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
