Processing time is 1–3 business days, and shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after processing.
Once an order is shipped, Mossman Sea Moss is not responsible for delays caused by USPS.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all Sea Moss Gels and Raw Sea Moss are final sale.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at
