Turmeric Sea Moss Gel

Follow the serving guidance on your product label. A commonly used amount is 1–2 tablespoons. Blend it into smoothies, stir it into warm tea, add it to oats, soups, sauces, or other recipes, or enjoy it directly with a clean spoon. New users may prefer to begin with a smaller amount.
